The Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada (CADDAC) is conducting a national survey on ADHD and is asking parents, caregivers, and adults about their experiences with ADHD, the medical system, and the educational system.
The information gathered will assist in better understanding the needs of families with ADHD across Canada, and will help CADDAC with its advocacy efforts to medical, education, and government systems in the future.
There are two surveys available - one focuses on parents of children with ADHD and the other is focused on adults with ADHD.
